Thuli did a Secretarial Diploma and whilst working as a Secretary, enrolled with UNISA and completed a BAdmin and the BAdmin (Hons) degrees. She completed her Masters and PhD degrees at the University of Johannesburg. She worked for various big companies before joining The SPAR Group in 1999. At SPAR she has held positions of HR Manager, Divisional HR Director before being promoted to Group HR Executive. An avid gardener and sportswoman who runs and enjoys hiking. In 2016 she summited Mount Kilimanjaro which had always been on her bucket list. She is a qualified Business and Life Coach and finds it rewarding to watch people grow and become the best that they can be.
